The Stanford University School of Medicine and LuMind IDSC co-hosted a panel discussion about the state of Down syndrome and Alzheimer's research. Panelists included Dr. Michael Rafii, Hampus Hillerstrom, Lissa Pestolesi, and Derrin From. The panelists discussed the current landscape of research about Alzheimer’s and Down syndrome, including challenges with equity and inclusion. They also provided practical tips for families and researchers about how they can advance research about Alzheimer’s Disease.
